1. Build rural community outreach and viral hepatitis clinical testing capabilities in Tezpur
2. Build viral hepatitis disease characterization and research capabilities in Kolkata
3. Sample general populations in western Arunachal Pradesh, India to understand HBV prevalence and characteristic and link participants to care (vaccination, monitoring or treatment)
